人体血液的 pH 被维持在极窄的 7.35-7.45 之间,这不是建议范围,而是生存红线。一旦血液 pH 偏离到 7.0 以下或 7.7 以上,蛋白质和酶就会失活,是危及生命的急症。所以身体演化出三道极强的防线,把血 pH 死死锁住:
